Dr. Meaghen E. Finan, daughter of Mrs. Kathy Finan and Mr. Joseph A. Finan III, of Cranston, Rhode Island was married to Dr. Edward N. Simon, the son of Dr. Janet Simon and the late Dr. J. Matthew Simon, of Pittsburgh, on October 7, 2017, at the Heinz Memorial Chapel. A reception followed the ceremony at the Phipps Conservatory and Botanical Gardens. Their brothers, Mr. Jacob M. Simon, Dr. Patrick Finan, and Mr. Jake Finan attended the couple.
Dr. Finan is a graduate of Emory University and the Mount Sinai School of Medicine. Currently she is an Emergency and Critical Care physician at Lahey Hospital in Burlington, Massachusetts. Dr. Simon holds degrees from Washington and Jefferson College, Carnegie Mellon University, and Lehigh University. He is an adjunct Assistant Professor of English at Bentley University in Waltham, Massachusetts. The Couple resides in Arlington, MA.
